Dr. Kaviani can apply an abrasive mixture to the surface of the teeth to gently buff away the surface enamel, revealing stain-free enamel below. The treatment only removes approximately .2 millimetres of enamel, so the change in thickness of the tooth is unnoticeable, but the appearance can change significantly
